Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition, include all original accessories, and be in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at info@thebabyhaven.co.uk or through our contact form to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to the address provided by our support team.
Items Purchased from Authorized Retailers: If you purchased from an authorized Baby Haven retailer, please return the item directly to the store where it was purchased.
Refunds
Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
- Bank Processing Times: After we process a refund, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Contact Us: If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@thebabyhaven.co.uk.
International Returns
Additional Fees: Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Email info@thebabyhaven.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over £75.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@thebabyhaven.co.uk with your order details.
Gifts
- Gift Recipients: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value upon receipt of the returned item.
- Original Purchasers: If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Unclaimed Packages
- Handling Fee: Unclaimed or refused packages will incur a £19.99 handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
- Return Process: Shipments remain at the collection point for 14 days before being returned to us. If you wish to return an item, please collect the package first and then follow the return procedure. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for withdrawal rights.
