Our warehouse is located in China. ALL orders are shipped from China.

By making a purchase from thebabyhaven.co.uk, you are ordering goods from China. ALL orders are dispatched and shipped individually from China.

By making a purchase from thebabyhaven.co.uk, you are the importer.

We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, transfers from international to your country's local carrier, or air and ground transport strikes or delays, or any extra charges, customs duties, or back-end costs incurred. We are not liable or responsible for import tax and customs duties if any extra charges may arise.

Cancellation:

-If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order from the moment you purchased from our website.

-If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, there is a risk that your order cannot be cancelled and therefore must be returned after delivery.
