Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 4 business days), we’ll send a tracking number to your email. Didn’t receive it? Please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, reach out to us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping globally! Wherever you are, we’ll deliver to your door.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- UK: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my item?
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must not be damaged or altered in any way.
What about personalized products?
Due to their unique nature, personalized items cannot be returned or canceled. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement.

Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in GBP. If you're shopping from another country, your order will be automatically converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate during checkout.
